How to Calculate Shipping Fees

We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shopper. We are offering FREE DELIVERY to customers who spend minimum RM20 in most of the region!

(Please refer to the chart below for details.)

However, APLUS reserves the right to change the courier method into other courier service according to the delivery location and the weight of the goods.

Delivery charges based on the weight of the item.

Delivery Policy

  1. We do our packing job daily. We will send out your order on the next working day once your artwork confirm, and if we receive the payment for your order before 3pm.

  2. Our official working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

  3. Express service* order will be ready in one hour from the time we received your bank in slip (*applicable for self pick up only)

  4. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.

  5. If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However, in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.

  6. For Poslaju Service to Malaysia States, normally you will receive your parcel in 1-2 Working Days depends on the delivery location.

  7. Registered Airmail parcel To United States and Europe takes 15 to 22 Working Days. Click HERE to check the Delivery Time Frame for Other Location

  8. We provide service delivery to your order directly to a third party.

    We do facilitate delivery directly to your loved ones or to a different address. Please provide the appropriate shipping information at checkout.

  9. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 2 days (delivery within Malaysia), please contact the courier company directly. For oversea customer, can go to www.pos.com.my to enter your Tracking ID to check the parcel delivery status.

  10. If you have given us an invalid or incomplete address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. You will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.

  11. We deliver Worldwide.

  12. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs.

How to Make Payment

APLUS offers variety of payment options for your convenience. After filling up the billing information and shipping information, you will be asked to choose 1 of the following method:

Offline Payment
(Note:  For offline payment, A PLUS Team will hold your order for a maximum of 2 weeks. Your order will be cancelled automatically if we have not received payment from your side.)

Online Payment

  • Visa / Mastercard through NBepay
  • Maybank2U thru NBepay
  • PBebank

1. Offline Payment

If you select ATM Transfer or Bank In as your payment method, please transfer or bank in the total amount to our Bank Account. Details as below:

Inform us once payment is done

Please inform us by email once payment is done to avoid any delay in delivery. Please include the below information in your email:

Order Number: xxxxxx
Payment Bank: Public Bank
Payment Time: 1/1/2010 12.30pm
Amount: RM200

We will verify your payment within 24 hours. Once verified, we will update your order as confirm and we will process the delivery in the shortest time we could.

2. Online Payment

If you select 1 of the online payment option as your payment method, you will be completing the payment steps at Payment Gateway. Follow the on screen instruction to complete the payment.

After complete the payment, we wil receive a notification from the online payment service and verify it. If the payment is cleared, we will deliver your items to your shipping address.

Note: NBePay is the Appointed Payment Gateway of A PLUS STAMP Online Payment thus Netbuilder EC (Netbuilder (M) Sdn Bhd) will appear on your credit card or billing statement.

3. Paypal (For Internaltional Buyer)

For international buyer, you can select online payment by Visa/Master Card thru NBepay in MYR currency, or offline payment via Paypal and Visa/Master Card thru 2Checkout in USD currency. Please send your enquiry to us before you place your order.

 

How to Trace My Parcel

  • After we delivered your order, we will email you the courier tracking number.
  • You can trace the delivery status in Pos Malaysia Website by keying in the tracking number.
  • If there are problems with parcel, please contact the courier company hotline directly
  • You may also get help from us via email

How to refill the ink for flash stamp (Preink stamp)?

Step 1: Remove the flash stamp cap holder

Step 2: Dispense few drops of ink into the holder

Step 3: Close the flash stamp cap holder

Step 4: Leave the flash stamp on a table for 20 minutes ink absorbtion process

How to calculate the points?

1 points = RM0.10 sen

For new member, once registered, you will be entitle to 30 points, equivalent to value of RM 3.

For every sale of RM30 and above, you will be entitle 100% points based on the sale amount.

For example: If your total bill is RM 50,  you will be entitle to 50 points, equivalent to value of RM5.

Reward points is an additional bonus rewarding our online customer. Offline and call in customer do not entitle to this special bonus point. You can redeem the points to purchase any products in the website, we just need little cooperation from you to pay the fix delivery charges of RM7.50 only for Peninsular delivery, RM15 for Sabah/Sarawak delivery, and follow weight of the item for oversea delivery.

We send your parcel once your artwork and payment is confirm. We send your parcel by using our National POS Malaysia Registered Air Mail. Please refer to FAQ 1 and FAQ 2 for more details.

Refund & Return Policy

For special artwork and design, we will refund to you 100% if we are not able to process your order accordingly.

You are not allowed to ask for refund or rework if you have confirmed the artwork or design with our team. Once you have placed an order, our team will email you an artwork in softcopy for confirmation. A PLUS will start the production only after you have confirmed the artwork.

A PLUS will fully responsible for the wrong item sent to you. You need to return the wrongly sent item to us and we will send you the right item accordingly. Delivery fee will be fully responsible by A PLUS Team.
